The Interview #1

Yeah, it’s a blog series where I will share my experiences of weird and ridiculous interviews I’ve taken. Now that the intro is out of the way, let’s get on with it.

Kill it with fire before it lays eggs!

Here came a very weird girl for an interview the other day. The position she applied for, required full time employment. However, she assumed, that somehow she would be able to convince us to let her work from home. That’s not all though, her hair was uncombed, clothes worn out and armpits sweaty has hell (the wet marks were brutally honest). She also assumed, that showing up like this, would somehow help her situation. She couldn’t answer most of the questions, smiled like she had no clue and of course… There was no similarity between her and her resume. She also said, that she began her career back in 2011 and that she had worked with many companies as a freelancer, but had no portfolio to show us any of her work. How convenient, eh?
